To avoid the guesswork of inventory management and make your products unique we print your products after your purchase. When you order, we send your specific design instruction for production; This begins the printing and packaging sequence then your items are shipped to you.

Returned After Your Use
Please DO NOT throw our branded materials in a trash-can!
We take responsibility for all the items we produce, even after you are done using your products, we make sure you can easily return them to us in order to recycle, reuse or repurpose our branded materials.
If you have an active warranty on your items and are having any difficulty with the product, we send you another item (terms apply) or you can apply for a partial store credit refund and return the unwanted product.
To be eligible for free returns gather 7 items in a box, because we issue one free return ticket for 7 returnees at a time. So, simply keep the unused products and make sure they don't end up in your trash-can.
In addition, if you don't have a local recycling program, you can send back our packaging material as well.
Suprime Shipping:
- All our shippings are carbon neutralized to have a zero footprint reputation.
- Shippings takes between 3 to 20 business days depending on the location and date of the order.
- The tracking info will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
- We offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $100. For all other orders $2 flat rate shipping for each item.
Recyclable Packaging:
- The packaging materials for our products are mostly bio-degradable and/or recyclable.
- If it is not bio-degradable or you can return it to us to recycle.
Refunds and Free Returns:
- After you are done using your products we take back 7 items at a time to ensure they get reused, repurposed or recycled.
- Returns are free if you are sending 7 items back. Otherwise, the cost for return is on you.
